Statement on Edenvale Young's response to Covid-19

Statement on Edenvale Young’s response to Covid-19 – January 2021

Edenvale Young continues to monitor the situation very closely whilst following the latest government guidelines. Clearly the health and welfare of our team and clients is of paramount concern and we have taken measures to ensure that we
minimise risk.

Having activated our Business Continuity Plan early in 2020, the majority of the team continues to work remotely. Our long standing and robust systems for remote working, have proven to be extremely effective and the team is in regular
contact via conferencing and other systems, so please be assured that we are fully operational.

Our telephone lines are being redirected, as such calls may bounce around a little longer than usual, however, please be patient, your call will be answered.

  • We have advised our staff to follow public health guidelines.
  • Restricted business travel except where absolutely necessary.
  • Minimised face to face meetings except where operationally vital.
  • Improved our system for video conferences.
  • Undertaken a COVID secure risk assessment for the office.
  • Closed our office to all but a skeleton staff.
  • Recognising the impact that isolation can cause, a second member of the team has trained as a Mental Health 1st Aider.
