Thomas Sagris, Keynote address
We are delighted to welcome Thomas Sagris, an Associate Director at ARUP. A water and environmental engineer based at Arup’s Leeds Office, he has been planning and delivering innovative water management solutions around the globe.
Thomas will be discussing the merits of “Sponge City” designs to address the threats from climate change; especially challenging in respect of the rapid urbanisation of evolving economies.
