Pont Briwet Geomorphology

Built in 1865, Pont Briwet holds a rail track and a single lane roads, and crosses over the Afon Dwyryd, on the West coast of Wales (Penrhyndeudraeth). Deteriorating over the time, the bridge became unsafe and Clwyd County Council appointed Edenvale Young, Hewson Consulting Engineers, Beazley Sharp Railways and Nick Stilwell Associates to achieve a new design and other required documents.
