Environmental Impact Assessment

The purpose of the Environmental Impact Assessment is to establish the nature of the development and the environment on which it is likely to take place, during costruction and operational phases so as to identify likely significant effect on the environment that may arise.

Edenvale Young have completed a number of Environmental Impact Assessments, usually in conjunction with larger projects, but some are stand-alone. We have also worked on specific chapters of Environmental Impact Assessments, usually from a flood risk point of view, but also in regard to water quality and ecological status.
